I was impressed by the cleanliness of the hotel facilities, including my room and the breakfast area. The location, close to the Kotoden Kawaramachi station, made it easy to get around. Additionally, the staff were very friendly and accommodating.
Can honestly say there wasn't anything not to like.

The complimentary breakfast was filling and varied, and the pillows were comfortable. the hotel was in a great location, with easy access to the harbor and subway. We also enjoyed the family-owned udon shop nearby.
The room itself was basic and the toilet was incredibly small, it felt like being on an airplane. the dim lighting in the room made it difficult to see anything.

The hotel is perfectly located in the middle of a shopping arcade which was great for rainy days. The staff was friendly and helpful, and the breakfast was really tasty and diverse. The hot spring was an amazing amenity that made our stay really relaxing and enjoyable.
The rooms were quite basic and on the small side, and although they had a selection of pillows, the main pillow was really hard. The bathroom was also quite narrow, which made it challenging to move around in.
